All of the employees here at Arrow Diversified Tooling, Inc have been deeply saddened by the loss of our founder and friend, Willi Weber. Willi passed away on April 19, 2001, after a long and courageous battle against colon cancer.

Well prior to his diagnosis, Willi focused on the future of Arrow, and its ability to provide the high quality service that our customers have relied on for thirty-one years. Nothing will change as far as Arrow's relationship and responsiveness to you, our customer, is concerned. The individuals Willi chose for the management team have been in their positions for many years, and will continue to operate the company in the same manner as in the past.

  • The plant manager and an Arrow employee for twenty-one years, David Trench, has been chosen as President of Arrow Diversified Tooling, Inc. He oversees and is directly involved in shop operations.
  • Rick Zeil manages sales, engineering, and quality control.
  • Mike Gallo directs the CNC department and oversees programming.
  • Peter Tani also oversees projects in the CNC department and programs.
  • Janis Ekeberg manages the office and handles all business related issues.

Willi Weber will be greatly missed by all of the Arrow family, but his firm commitment to the principles of hard work, responsibility, fairness, and integrity will endure.
