Quality Control Arrow Diversified Tooling, Inc., conforms to MIL-I-4508A and MIL-STD-45662. We maintain a complete, in-house quality and material control system, utilizing a comprehensive quality control manual and all necessary documentation.
Arrow is quality source approved to manufacture air and space craft parts by United Technologies Corporation Divisions, Hamilton Sundstrand Division, and Hamilton Sundstrand Space Systems, International, respectively, as direct suppliers. Based on the results of an on-site audit of our facility by the latter, Arrow is "Approved" and "Commodity Qualified" to HMS10, Revision D. Arrow Diversified Tooling, Inc. strongly emphasizes quality and on-time delivery. Arrow is currently making a transition to an ISO type quality management system. Arrow has retained the professional services of an ISO Quality Consultant and has entered into two agreements that will focus on training, orientation, mentoring and documentation preparation. A baseline assessment has been conducted and the resulting report presented. During a planning meeting a project development and action plan for ISO9001:2000 (AS9100) registration was implemented. It is our goal to achieve certification and registration to ISO9001:2000 and to satisfy the additional requirements of AS9100 in 2003. 17
