Here's what UTC Hamilton Standard had to say about Arrow after we fabricated a full-scale mockup for the Unitized Regenerative Fuel Cell experiment for NASA's Johnson Space Center contract:

In April 2001, International Fuel Cells Corporation presented Arrow with an "Excellence Award" in recognition for "outstanding service in support of the PC-25 Power Plant". UTC's International Fuel Cell Corporation especially appreciated Arrow's quick response, insight and performance during an emergency tool repair related to this project.

UTC Hamilton Standard acknowledged Arrow's contribution to their PS250-2 Starter System Project, in a letter from the project team leader:

"This letter is sent in appreciation for all the effort that Arrow Diversified has made to deliver parts for the first PS250-2 pneumatic starter. The program required hardware in less than normal lead times and Arrow Diversified stepped up to the challenge with delivering high quality parts when promised. Because of your efforts Hamilton Standard delivered the first starter system to Pratt &Whitney to meet their engine test requirements."
